New Delhi: According to historian Stephen Kotkin, India has learned two key lessons from Russia—the moral degradation of communism and economic dependence on China.
On a chilly evening with various discussions taking place across New Delhi, a packed audience gathered at the India International Centre to hear Kotkin, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. The audience sought to gain a deeper understanding of Russia and its current actions, including the ongoing war with Ukraine. The event, organized by the Centre for Policy Research (CPR), was moderated by political scientist Pratap Bhanu Mehta.
